About sending a reply with your screenshot

If a charge error occurs during the purchase of「Canned Sardines」and「Booster」, we will need one of the following information to investigate the cause of the issue.

 ■『Receipt』that you receive after the purchase
 ■『Purchase History』that you can check through your iTunes Store、AppStore、GooglePlay

When you send us your inquiry, it would be helpful if you could send us either one of the above screenshot to be compensated (gifted) or refunded for your purchase along with the required information.

【From iTunes】
1.Open iTunes from your PC
2.Sign in with the Apple ID that you made your purchase with
3.Click on the Apple ID that you see on the screen and go to「Menu」⇒「Account」
4.Click on the「View all」at the right side of the screen
5.Click on the arrow at the left side of the order date

【From iPhone】
1.Open AppStore from your iPhone
2.Tap the icon on the upper right of the screen
3.Tap the account at the top
4.Sign in with your Apple ID and Password
5.Tap the purchase history
6.Tap the total price of the purchase history that is relevant to your purchase

【From the Play Store】
1.Sign in with the Play Store ID that you made your purchase with
2.Click on the Play Store ID that you see on the screen and go to「Menu」⇒「Account」
3.Tap the purchase history that is relevant to your purchase that includes the Order date/Order number/Name of the item/Price of the item and take a screenshot.

【From the App version of Play Store】
1.Open the Android's「Play Store」
2.Open the Menu from the 「三」upper right of the screen
3.Tap「Account」→「Purchase history」
4.Tap the purchase history that is relevant to your purchase that includes the Order date/Order number/Name of the item/Price of the item and take a screenshot.

Please note that we do not issue a refund for cases where the purchase is completed. This also applies when you made another purchase before your original purchase was reflected.
